Miss Saigon

In February 1996, Nathan began rehearsals for the original Drury Lane production of Miss Saigon, by Claude-Michel Schönberg and Alain Boublil.
It had always been one of Nathan's favourite shows, so he was thrilled to get the job, and stayed with the show for a little over a year, finishing his "Tour of Duty" in March 1997.

Nathan will always look back on his time in Miss Saigon very fondly. It was one of the most spectacular shows ever produced, due not least of all, to the now-famous helicopter landing on the stage during the powerful "Fall of Saigon" scene - a part of the show which never failed to move Nathan, even after thirteen months.

This picture might very well be the only photo in existence of Nathan in the show. It was taken from the Tenth Anniversary Souvenir Brochure, and Nathan can be seen at the front on the far left.
